Cancellation Policy

As a courtesy reminder, you are sent texts + emails regarding your appointment. A minimum of 24HR notice is required to reschedule or cancel your services without any payment penalties. SAME DAY cancellation/rescheduled appointments is 50% your service. NO CALL NO SHOW is 100% of your service. No charges will incur before a 24HR cancellation. If you do not pay I will not book you until it is paid in full. If you do go over your 2 weeks and have less than 40% of your lashes, I will have to do the extended fill ($85).
